2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. We may cancel or refuse an order where a pricing or stock error has occurred; any payment taken will be refunded.

3. Payment

Payment is due at checkout via the methods shown. For approved trade/credit account customers, invoicing terms are as agreed in the applicable credit account terms.

4. Delivery & risk

Delivery times are estimates only. Risk in the goods passes on delivery; title passes on payment in full.

5. Safety-critical equipment

Products sold on this site include height-safety, rope-access and rescue equipment. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure equipment is used by trained, competent persons, in line with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable standards, and inspected before each use. Nothing on this site is a substitute for formal training.

6. Warranty & returns

Products carry a 12-month warranty unless stated otherwise. Returns are handled per our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to resupply of the goods or refund of the price paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

All content on this site is owned by or licensed to Sky's No Limit Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
